As part of the Dr Ice ethos we aim to provide you with unique, high quality goods and excellent customer service. We want your experience with Dr Ice to be awesome from beginning to end. Please let us know if there's something we can do to serve you better.


PAYMENTS

Payments are made easily and securely through PayPal. Dr Ice does not store payment details


SHIPPING + HANDLING

All orders are prepared and packed the same day of payment. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will take 2 to 4 days to be delivered.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason contact us at 
drice@balmandwax.co.uk

Please include the following details
  • Your name and contact details
  • The name of the product you wish to return
  • Your PayPal transaction number
  • Your reason for returning the item
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

You may return the items unopened and unused within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be made through PayPal.

We are in no way able to refund used goods. Please keep each product in it's original packaging if you wish to return it.

Unfortunately we cannot refund your returned postage costs. 


EXCHANGES

For exchanges please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Then, contact us
to return your original order.

Please include the following details:
  • Your name and contact details
  • The name of the product you wish to exchange and the new product you will be ordering
  • Your PayPal transaction number
  • Your reason for exchanging the item

Once we receive the unused and unopened item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email and send your new order.

 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers please contact us before placing an order so we can arrange a special shipping rate. International customers should allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, offer any refunds or replacements for international orders that are lost, damaged, unclaimed, or undeliverable. International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.
